Step 1: Your Handicap

Moving your handicap

If you are moving your handicap from another club, you don’t need to do anything. We have your details and will be in touch via email with your new Golf Ireland number. Once you have your Golf Ireland Number, you can follow the instructions below on signing up for BRS & SmartGolf. Your card should be ready to collect in the clubhouse about a week after you receive our email.

Getting a New Handicap

To do this, you will need to play 3 rounds of 18 Holes and get your card signed by another Golf Ireland member. You can ring the clubhouse on 046-9731021 to book your tee time. Then, you need to staple them together with your name and number on them and put them down the chute in the clubhouse. After this, we will be in touch with you via email with your Golf Ireland number. Once you have your Golf Ireland Number, you can follow the instructions below on signing up for BRS & SmartGolf. Your card should be ready to collect in the clubhouse about a week after you receive our email.

Step 2: Using BRS

BRS is our online timesheet system. You will primarily use BRS to book your time on the timesheet. We will also use it to manage your membership, and to communicate club news with you! You can access BRS on your web browser or through the BRS Golf App.

We require all members to have their name on the time sheet and to check in at reception before heading out on the course. For Flexi Members, your flexi wallet will be ‘charged’ one point per round, and you can see your wallet balance in the BRS App.

Steps

  1.  You will need your Golf Ireland Number to complete this step. If chose not to have a handicap with us, please reach out and we can issue you a number
  2. Go to: https://members.brsgolf.com/highfield/register
  3.  Fill out the form with your details
  4.  Click ‘Submit’
  5.  We will then need to approve your membership

Once you have been approved…

  1. Download the BRS Golf App from the App Store or Google Play store
  2. In ‘Search for your golf club’, type Highfield
  3. Select Highfield Golf Club
  4. Login using your GUI number and password
  5. Now you are all set up to book tee times, view your membership details and much more

OR

  1. Go to: https://members.brsgolf.com/highfield/login
  2. Enter your GUI Number and Password
  3. Click ‘LOGIN’

 

Step 3: SmartGolf

SmartGolf is the club’s system for competitions. You will use SmartGolf to enter competition, view results and more. To register for SmartGolf, go to the following link:

Use your Golf Ireland number, and your temporary password is ‘Highfield’.
