We offer a distance membership to those who live more than 40km from Highfield.
For just €180 you can become a distance member of Highfield – this includes your Golf Ireland levy. It’s simple to join – click on ‘Join Online Now’ or ‘Contact Us’ buttons below to get sorted.
Membership of Highfield entitles a member to apply for a Golf Ireland handicap.
To obtain a Golf Ireland handicap, you must supply or obtain one of the following:
- Your eight-digit Golf Ireland number, which can be found on the back of your Golf Ireland membership card
- If you have no official handicap, you can arrange to play three rounds at any Affiliated Golf Club in Ireland with a nominated Member of that Club, who will sign your score card. You then return those scorecards to us and you will be then issued an official handicap based on your results.
Distance Membership Terms
- We hope to see our distance members enjoying the course in Highfield. They are welcome to play any time except for before 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays
- Please note distance members are also able to play in club competitions, however they cannot come first
